Booking Form
To book the tour of your
choice, fill out the booking form below and click submit. We will
confirm availability by return email. Then post your tour payment to Ship 'n Shore Tours,
PO Box 564,
Whangaparaoa 1463,
New Zealand. Your booking form and payment need
to be completed as soon as we have acknowledged your booking to
secure your place.
Please check the
cancellation policy on all tours prior to booking, to save
confusion. See below.

Note: Items in bold are compulsory. We will send you an

Conditions and Refunds
Seats are not confirmed until tour payment has been received and
Boarding Pass issued.
Day Tours
Seats cancelled more than 7 days prior to departure will receive
refund, less $5 admin fee per person. Daytours cancelled
within 7 days of departure will only receive the above refunds if we
are able to re-sell the seat/s.
Overnight Tours
Incur a loss of $50 per person (plus any
prepaid non-refundable services e.g. Rail, Air content,
etc). Overnight tours cancelled within 14 days of departure only
receive a refund if we are able to re-sell the seat.
Overseas Tours
As the cancellation Policy varies on overseas tours, please refer to
the individual Tour’s Detailed Itinerary/Booking Form.
